With the onset of global warming and energy efficiency, SCE's Advanced Technology Labs (AT LABS) represent the cutting edge working research faculty for the understanding and implementation of all forms of electricity generation. Understanding and impementing usage from traditional steam and unclean generation, to renewable wind, solar, to home generated power. Our involvement was to explain each lab and how it works, along with how the electrical grid is now working for both forward and reverse power generation.

Interpretive center attached to the historical Folsom Hydroelectric Power Station. Folsom represents the first gold rush era hydroelectric power plant that made Sacramento, CA grow to be the future capital of Califorina. Exhibits included facts about why this locations was chased, prison workers who helped build the plant, and why it was important to the growth of the California electric power network. Displays include interactive, hand- on displays about how electric power is created, generated and harnessed.
